In Australia, PingPong's products and services are provided by Mana Payment Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 632 350 228) (PPAU). PPAU is authorised and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (AFSL 518902).
PPAU’s complaints process:
You may submit a complaint by emailing us at AUCompliance@pingpongx.com. Here’s the information we need when you submit a complaint via email:
- Your full name and client ID
- The phone number and email address associated with your account
- An explanation of the issue
- The date when the issue started
- Your preferred resolution for the issue
Once we have received your complaint, we will:
- Provide you with an acknowledgement (generally within one business day) that we have received your complaint.
- Investigate your complaint and attempt to resolve it when it is first raised or within 5 business days. If your complaint takes longer to investigate, we will keep you informed and updated on the progress.
- Provide you with a formal response (generally no later than 30 calendar days after receiving your complaint).
Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA):
If you don’t receive a response to your complaint within the required timeframe, or if you’re not satisfied with our formal response to your complaint, you may be eligible to take your complaint to AFCA. PPAU is a member of AFCA.
